What Is a HydraPeak Thermos Insert?

A HydraPeak insert is a 3D printed tray that fits inside your HydraPeak insulated thermos. Each tray holds your 3ml peptide vials upright and secure, with an easy-grip handle so you can lift the entire insert out at once. The thermos provides the insulation; the insert provides the organization.

Which HydraPeak Size Do You Have?

The insert configuration depends on which HydraPeak thermos you own. Here's exactly what fits:

32oz HydraPeak: fits two full-size inserts for 40 vials total, or one combo insert for a mixed 10ml/3ml setup, or the Triple Stack for 54 x 3ml vials.

25oz HydraPeak: fits one full-size insert plus one topper insert.

18oz HydraPeak: fits one insert only.

Single Insert vs. Triple Stack

Our standard 20-vial insert is the most popular option for people managing a single peptide protocol or one GLP-1 medication. For people with larger supplies or multiple compounds, our Triple Stack set includes three stackable inserts for a total of 54 x 3ml vials in one 32oz thermos.

The 10ml/3ml Combo Insert

If you're mixing vial sizes — for example, 10ml peptide vials alongside 3ml BAC water — the Combo Insert holds 8 x 10ml vials and 4 x 3ml vials in a single tray. Important: vials must be 46mm (1.81 inches) tall or shorter for the thermos lid to close properly. Measure your vials before ordering if you're unsure.
